Refunds

Cancellations & Refunds (Before Your Reading Is Completed)

You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled reading or the delivery of your digital/intuitive service.

After this time, refunds are not available.

Services (Astrology, Numerology & Intuitive Email Readings)

Because these offerings require time, energy, preparation, and personalised intuitive work:

• Once a reading has been completed, delivered, or begun being worked on, it becomes non-refundable.
• This includes readings delivered via email, PDF, audio, or any digital format.
• No guarantees of outcomes or results are made, as these are interpretive spiritual services.

Digital Products (Downloadable Items)

All digital products (including PDFs, guides, templates, or instant downloads) are non-refundable once purchased, as you receive immediate access to the content.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled session (where applicable) and no cancellation was made within the 48-hour window, no refund will be issued.

Service Quality

If you believe something in your reading was missing, unclear, or needs clarification, please reach out. I am always happy to offer gentle follow-up support to ensure you feel grounded in the guidance you receive — however, this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

No Guarantee of Results

While Light Essence strives to offer guidance, clarity, and support, all readings and sessions are intuitive in nature. No specific results, outcomes, or guarantees of success are promised. Your experience and personal interpretations are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Light Essence is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the services or information provided.

By purchasing a service, you accept that results may vary and agree that you use the information at your own risk.

Intellectual Property & Use

These products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared in any form. Master Resell Rights are not included. Unauthorised use or duplication is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
